Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the AI-based fortune-telling and Saju analysis service (the "Service") provided by Musin (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to AI-based Saju analysis, fortune-telling, compatibility, tarot, and related divination content and features provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
- "Saju Information" refers to personal information such as the user's date and time of birth required for service provision.
- "AI Analysis" refers to the interpretation of Saju information using AI technologies such as Google Gemini.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or notified to users through other means.
- The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws.
- When Terms are amended, the Company will notify users within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Service Content)
The services provided by the Company include:
- AI-based Saju analysis (Four Pillars of Destiny, life patterns, favorable elements)
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly fortune-telling
- Compatibility analysis (partners, family, friends, colleagues, etc.)
- Group fortune analysis
- AI fortune coaching
- Other services designated by the Company
Article 5 (Service Limitations)
- This Service is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only and does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
- AI analysis results are based on traditional East Asian metaphysics (Myeongri) but do not guarantee actual fate or future outcomes.
- Users should interpret and judge service results at their own discretion.
Article 6 (Registration and Withdrawal)
- Users apply for membership according to the registration form designated by the Company, and registration is completed upon approval.
- Members may request withdrawal at any time through the settings in the Service.
- Upon withdrawal, the member's personal information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Providing false information or misusing others' information
- Using the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights
- Interfering with normal Service operations
- Other activities that violate applicable laws
Article 8 (Company Obligations)
- The Company will not engage in activities prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, or activities contrary to public order and morals.
- The Company will make its best efforts to provide continuous and stable Service.
- The Company will endeavor to protect users' personal information.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications provider service suspension.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
- The interpretation and use of AI analysis results provided by the Service is entirely the user's responsibility.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
- All intellectual property rights for content included in the Service (text, images, design, software, etc.) belong to the Company.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Service content without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- Both parties will endeavor to amicably resolve any disputes arising from the use of the Service.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service are effective from January 25, 2026.
