Musin (the "Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following personal information for service provision:

1. Required Information

• Registration: Email address, password, nickname
• Social login: Social account identifier, email (with consent)
• Saju analysis: Date of birth, time of birth (optional), gender

2. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (OS, app version)
• Service usage records, access logs
• Cookies, IP address information

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

• Service provision: Saju analysis, fortune-telling, compatibility analysis, AI coaching
• Member management: Identity verification, registration confirmation, fraud prevention
• Service improvement: Usage statistics analysis, new service development
• Marketing: Event information, personalized advertising (with consent)

Article 3 (Retention Period)

• Member information: Until account deletion (destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal)
• Saju information: During service usage period (destroyed upon withdrawal)
• Service usage records: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
• Access logs: 3 months (Telecommunications Privacy Act)

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law or requested by investigative agencies following legal procedures

The Company delegates personal information processing as follows for service provision:

Article 6 (AI Service Usage Notice)

• This Service generates Saju analysis results using Google Gemini AI.
• Information used for AI analysis: date of birth, time of birth, gender
• Information sent to AI is used solely for analysis purposes and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• AI analysis results are for reference only and do not guarantee actual fate or future outcomes.

Article 7 (User Rights)

Users may exercise the following rights:

• Right of access: Request to view personal information
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of personal information
• Right to restrict processing: Request suspension of data processing

Article 8 (Data Destruction)

• Timing: When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved
• Method: Electronic files are deleted by irreversible means; paper documents are shredded or incinerated

Article 9 (Technical and Administrative Measures)

• Personal information encryption (TLS for transmission, AES for storage)
• Security systems to prevent hacking
• Minimized access to personal information
• Regular security audits and training

Article 10 (Cookies)

The Company uses cookies to provide the Service. Cookies are small text files sent to the browser by a website and are used for:
